Our story
After a trip to Colombia, and seeing how much poverty still exists, founder Max Morel, his brother Antonio and his friend BJ decided they could do more, not just in Jacksonville but around the world.
Reaching The Unreached was born from a simple dream: to bring food, healthcare, education and, ultimately, hope to communities in need.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from mid-January. 12 weeks, from $40/week per adult. Kids free, food included.

Our partners in Medellín, Colombia
In Medellín, we work alongside local foundations, Fundación Abrazando Historias, Fundación Solo Vida and Fundación Chonto Herrera, to reach children, adolescents and women with education, protection, sport and a place to belong.

CH4 · Jacksonville & Medellín
Through our soccer partners, kids in Jacksonville and Medellín train with experienced coaches and build discipline, confidence and teamwork. Every season in Jacksonville also helps children in Medellín keep playing.
CH4 carries the name of Coach Chonto, a Medellín native considered one of the best wing-backs in Colombian history. Chonto played 66 matches for Colombia, including the 1990 and 1994 World Cups, and won the 1989 Copa Libertadores with Atlético Nacional. He later coached youth teams in New York and Miami and coached in Colombia’s professional league.
